    Calm for ADHD sessions

    A gentle reset for when you’re dealing with overwhelm, stress or an over-busy brain.

    This group session is designed to calm your nervous system and release stress in the moment.

    Combining principles and techniques from yoga, meditation, mindfulness and EFT tapping, we build the body and mind’s capacity to settle, relax and switch off.

    Come and join me and fellow ADHDers, in a friendly and welcoming community.

    No experience needed.

    ADHD Clarity

    A good starting point if you want to understand your ADHD and create more balance.

    This 3-session coaching series supports you to understand your ADHD and identify what your body and brain needs.

    Many ADHD challenges are connected to everyday lifestyle patterns. In these sessions we explore what may be affecting your energy, focus and wellbeing. Together we look at areas such as:

    • stress and nervous system regulation
    • hormones and energy levels
    • blood sugar and food choices
    • sleep and rest
    • movement
    • support systems

    Small shifts in these areas can create greater balance and clarity in daily life.

    3 sessions, £360

    ADHD Overwhelm Reset

    Ideal if life currently feels chaotic or overwhelming.

    A 6-week coaching programme to stabilise the nervous system and build supportive practices.

    This programme focuses on practical tools that help you move from overwhelm to steadiness.

    You’ll learn how to work with your nervous system, not against it.

    The programme includes:

    • 6 coaching sessions
    • nervous system tools for ADHD regulation
    • access to group tapping sessions
    • access to group yoga classes

    This programme works well for people who enjoy or are curious about reflective practices such as journaling, meditation, yoga and tapping.

    6 weeks, 6 coaching sessions, plus optional group classes, £630

    Best for deeper support and long-term change.

    A 3-month coaching journey for deeper, lasting change.

    Using the CALM Method, we work step-by-step to move out of cycles of overwhelm and into clarity, balance and sustainable energy.

    We begin with the nervous system and gradually move through the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck.

    Over time this allows space for:

    • healthier habits
    • supportive routines
    • more stable energy
    • calmer decision-making

    The focus is sustainable change that works with your brain and life.

    12 weeks, 12 coaching sessions, plus optional group classes and full access, £1180
