Welcome! I’m Caroline, a Functional Medicine Health Coach, specialising in ADHD.

I’m here to help you find greater ease and balance so you can experience the benefits in every area of your life and health.

I’m also an ADHDer who had to find my own way to healing when the perfect storm of ADHD, perimenopause and burnout hit.

Now, I’m committed to supporting others to work with their ADHD, find their flow, and rekindle their energy and enthusiasm for life.

Some areas previous clients have successfully addressed:

  • Finding balance again when menopause derailed previously effective coping strategies

  • Finding strategies to reduce overwhelm and commitment overload, creating space for much-needed relaxation and fun

  • Coming to terms with ADHD later in life and discovering joy and potential

  • Building in exercise, work and a social life, and overcoming burnout

  • Gaining freedom from a cycle of over-committing

  • Letting go of negative personal beliefs, and painful sensitivity to others

  • Finding more effective ways to handle relationships with a partner, children and parents, providing deeper connection to self and others

  • Clearing a cluttered, energy-draining home and experiencing greater peace and clarity in all areas

‘Caroline provided a safe and positive space where I could work toward my goals. Up until that point I’d felt overwhelmed, but Caroline helped me to break my goals down into smaller, more manageable chunks, and enabled me to recognise my progress along the way. Most importantly Caroline helped me to think differently, being much kinder to myself during the process. I’ve loved working with her and can’t thank her enough.’ Claire.

My approach to ADHD challenges is CALM…

Bringing the nervous system into balance allows the brain to settle into deeper knowing.

A calm nervous system is where healing happens.

We’ll integrate your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as your environment.

Whatever challenges you’re facing, they’re welcome in our sessions.

This is what CALM means in my coaching space:

  1. Calm – we start by calming the mind and clearing chaos, so you have the space for…

  2. Awareness – with awareness, change happens. We can spot the patterns that are depleting, and gain a clear vision of priorities

  3. Learning – we experiment with proven strategies, and learn what works best. From here, we start to see improved health, increased clarity, and renewed zest for life

  4. Maintenance - let’s face it, life happens, AND the ADHD brain gets bored so this is where we focus on how to stay on track when challenges come up

I’ll support you to gain trust in your mind and body, follow your unique path to wellness and thrive with ADHD.
