12-week wellbeing programme
This programme provides the space to focus on the areas of your life that will lead you towards greater health, wellbeing, energy and joy.
As you identify what you truly need to thrive, I’ll provide support and encouragement as you learn news tools, establish helpful habits, resiliency, and belief in yourself and your goals. Potential areas of focus:
Discovering and implementing what fuels you
Working on the pillars of good health - diet, exercise, sleep and rest
Simple techniques to ensure habits stick
Tackling beliefs, blocks and drainers
Letting go of overwhelm
Stress management and relaxation
Time management, diary overwhelm and carving out space for you
Creating a clutter-free, organised home
Getting your needs met and how to communicate this
We'll meet for 8 x 1-2-1 online sessions over 3 months, with support over whatsapp and email throughout.
In addition, you'll learn a range of techniques, with accompanying handouts and resources, that will become your own happiness toolkit for life.
6-week wellbeing programme
If you have a specific area of your health or wellness that you want to target, then this is the programme for you.
Using a combination of Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and coaching to help shift the thoughts, beliefs and emotions, around the issue, as well as adopting practical steps to move you towards your goal.
We'll meet for 4 x 1-2-1 online sessions over 6 weeks, with support over email throughout.
In addition, you'll learn a range of techniques, with accompanying handouts and resources, that will become your own happiness toolkit for life.
90-minute wellness boost
These sessions will support you to focus and make progress in a specific area of your health and wellness. Some people already know what that is, others prefer to use the session to gain clarity. This mini package is suitable for you if:
1/ You know you want to get started and are clear on which area of your health or wellness is most important to you right now. The mini package is designed to identify what you’d like to put in place, find the motivation to achieve it and make a plan for doing so.
Or
2/ You have no idea where to start but you know something has to change. This mini package is to help you find more clarity, remove blocks to getting started and to begin prioritising an area of your life that will lead to better health and wellbeing.
