One-2-one health coaching

I offer deeply holistic coaching, blending the physical, mental, emotional and environmental aspects of your wellbeing.

My areas of specialism are perimenopause and hormones, burnout and ADHD, supporting you to remove the blocks and tap into your innate capacity for vitality and joy.
