I am an experienced yoga teacher, specialising in restorative practices, including yin and restorative yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork and meditation. I currently offer two regular group classes, in addition to workshops and festivals. You can purchase individual classes and class packs. This class combines Chinese energetic meridians with Indian yoga postures and techniques for a deeply relaxing class.
Yin helps to increase mobility, strengthen joints, encourage energy flow and bring the nervous system into greater balance.
